Project & Process Management
We work with you to scope a project, setting goals, identifying milestones, and then creating and implementing the work plans. We check in and course-correct as needed, delivering you a finished product or completed process. As we cross the finish line, we hold structured space for debriefing, reflection, final reporting, and discernment of next steps.
Writing & Editing
We take a “fresh eyes” look at your work, reflecting back themes and big ideas, gleaning and distilling that knowledge and best practices into tools, reports, logic models, and theories of change. Universal design principles guide our communications approach, ensuring your “why” and “how” connects with your intended audience.
